Project Requests & Proposals

Submitting a contact or quote form does not create a binding project agreement. Scope, deliverables, revisions, timeline, fees, payment schedule, third-party costs and responsibilities are confirmed in an approved proposal or contract.

Third-Party Costs

Hosting, domain names, premium plugins, software subscriptions, paid fonts, stock assets, advertising spend and other third-party costs are not automatically included unless the written scope states otherwise.

Client Materials & Approvals

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, lawful content, required access and timely approvals necessary to complete agreed work.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, working files, third-party assets and pre-existing materials should follow the written project agreement. Website content may not be copied or republished without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Timelines & Changes

Project timing can depend on approvals, content delivery, technical dependencies, third-party services and scope changes. Additional work outside an approved scope may require a revised estimate or change order.
